When there are properties you are interested in, we arrange viewings — always according to your schedule. We are of course present to guide you, answer your questions and point out aspects you might not immediately notice yourself.

Once you have found your property, we support you during the bidding process and ensure everything runs smoothly — from reserving the property to the final transfer at the notary. A lawyer will check all the details, so you can be confident you are buying safely and in accordance with Spanish regulations.
 
 

After your offer has been accepted

As soon as your offer has been accepted, a reservation contract is drawn up and you pay a sum (usually €5,000). After signing and paying this reservation fee, the property is taken off the market. The fee is refundable if legal defects are discovered, but forfeited in case of cancellation without valid reason.

In the weeks that follow, a lawyer carries out a thorough check and drafts the purchase contract. Upon signing, you pay 10% of the purchase price (minus the reservation amount). Only at the official transfer before the notary is the remaining amount paid, and you receive the keys to your new home in Spain.
